the hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a tourist area, really close to the centre of old elbasan, the historical center, and albania. the staff where very amiable and made me feel welcome. rooms with a double bed had a quiet atmosphere. btw it included a refrigerator, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area. everything was simply good.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the amazing kitchen area with all the pots, pans, and cutlery I could ever need! The shower was super refreshing and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location inside the castle was mind-blowing, with all the main sites and food places just a stone's throw away. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They even helped us figure out how to catch the bus to North Macedonia. Thank you so much for the jaw-dropping hospitality, you made our last days in Albania absolutely unforgettable!

I had a wonderful stay at Private Room Historic Center. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though we couldn't communicate in the same language. The room itself was small but functional, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable trip. It truly gave me an authentic Albanian experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a tricky parking situation and a bathroom door that wouldn't lock, the overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a unique and affordable stay in Elbasan.

The water pump in the room was a bit noisy, but it didn't spoil the overall peaceful ambiance of the place.
